What BookMyCare is

BookMyCare is a directory that helps families connect with independent caregivers and personal support workers (PSWs). We do not employ, vet, or guarantee caregivers, and we are not a healthcare or home-care agency. Families are responsible for their own hiring decisions, and caregivers are responsible for their own services.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a contract for any service.
• Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access, availability, or any particular launch date.
• You agree to give us accurate contact details and to join only on your own behalf.

Using this website

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or submit automated sign-ups.

No advice

Nothing on this website is medical, legal, or financial advice.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top shows the current version.
